TSG208-Sketch Challenge

This week our challenge is brought to us by Jessie!  It was inspired by a card from our illustrator, Melyssa Connolly! She has challenged us to make a card or project using the provided sketch!

To be eligible for the giveaway, create a NEW card or project using this sketch, and then come back to the TSG Blog to add your name and a link to your project in the InLinkz that is located at the bottom of this challenge post. This challenge is open until 11pm EST on Sunday, May 26th. The winner will be announced on the following Monday (May 27th). The winner will get a $5 gift certificate to use in the TSG Web store!

By participating in this challenge, you may also find yourself in the Trendsetting Spotlight that shines on the TSG Blog every Thursday. We will be on the lookout to find challenge cards that stand out and show Trendsetting qualities. TSG stamps are not required to participate in the challenges but are appreciated :)

You do not need to have a blog to be able to participate in the TSG Challenges! You can simply add the URL link from your project after it has been uploaded to your online craft gallery. Stampbook Saturday With Sandra

Hi everyone! I hope you're having a great Saturday so far. 

Did you see all the fabulous cards showcasing the Oh Snap set yesterday?! I love that set! It's a perfect set for stampbooking too - did you check out Heather's page...gorgeous!

I was so inspired by her layout, Torico's card and Wendy's stampbook page that I created a little 8x8 page using the Oh Snap! set.

Don't you LOVE that background?! I used the smaller images from the set and some white ink to create it! And because it turned out so great, I kept the photo and other elements to a minimum. Other stamps used from the set are the 'frozen in time' sentiment and the 'date taken' image.

I hope this inspires you to create your own stampbook page today!

Hi there TSG fans! It's Tobi here and it is day three of "There She Goes (Again!)." We are featuring 3 "classic" sets from our fabulous selection of stamps. At the end of the week on Friday the Trendsetters have been hard at work coming up with fresh inspiration with our TSG (Again!) sets. 

If you are ever in need of inspiration for a particular set, we have some busy little bees hard at work  to keep our Pinterest Board stocked full of ideas. The boards are organized by stamp set so it's extremely user friendly!

I can't believe this is a "classic" set already but it is definitely a fan favourite! With the popularity of Project Life and Smash Books this set has been popping up on blogs and Facebook like crazy!

This card by Jessica is MY personal favourite because the combination of the image and patterned paper couldn't be more perfect! 

Yellow and grey?!?! Debby hit this one out of the park!

I love Sandra's clever use of the sentiments on this wonderfully graphic card. Amazing!

If you're new to the blog then you're in for a treat, we like to call this week "There She Goes (Again!)" because we're going to feature 3 "classic" sets from our fabulous array of stamps. At the end of the week on Friday the Trendsetters have been hard at work coming up with fresh inspiration with our TSG (Again!) sets.

This was illustrated by Torico and it features so many adorable images including a fan favourite: the dog! He's so cute!! 

Here are a couple of "vintage" cards using this set: 

I love this sentiment and the paper choices Sandra chose are perfectly neutral so it would be great for a male or female or a whole family! 

I've heard from many a kid that they can get lonely at University without their family.. What a great way to say "I love you"!!! (Isn't Kim's colouring FANTASTIC??)

Trust Jessica to rock all of the images and create a little set of note cards... (That she'll have to use soon when she moves to Texas!) I love how the images are coloured beautifully yet the designs are so clean and simple. Brava Jessica!!
