For Dollar Find Friday this week, I created a little something you can give to a special teacher. Long ago I saw this idea by camsmom on SCS. I filed it away in my brain somewhere and it surfaced when cruising the aisles of the dollar store. A ha! Perfect.
I typed the poem out in Word and adjusted the text so that it would fit in the blue Marvy circle punch. Once it was punched, I added the heart from the Happy Day stamp set and adhered the saying to a scallop circle (using the pink Marvy punch). I added an eyelet and attached it to the Sharpie with ribbon. The font I used is Primer Print in case you are interested. It's an awesome "school" font.
Here's a view of the back. I added the For You stamp from Special Delivery and figured you could add the recipient's name to the back. You could always change this up for school secretaries or teaching assistants.
Super quick and easy! This is a great little gift for a teacher since Sharpies (especially new ones) rock! And it's fat-free :)
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
