Join us tonight right here in the TSG Forum for our Friday Night Chat!
I forgot to take a step two picture of this box, but I have a picture from one that I had made at the same time...so bear with me!! I used red line tape to attach my paper to my box....probably not the preferred method, but I HATE altering things, so it's the best way to do it fast and easy.
After covering the box, I sanded the edges to make them look worn and to get rid of any excess paper.
I then stamped my image from the Domestic Goddess set, and paper pieced part of her outfit. I then colored the rest of her with my Copics.
After adding her on with dimensionals, I added some MFT Flower Trio Die-namics flowers with Michael's brads in the center of them. My saying panel, which my sister LOVED, was cut out using another Die-namic.
Well, that is it for me for now!! Thanks for bearing with my through this uncomfortable post....lol!
Everyone is welcome and we love to meet new people :)
It's time for another Dollar Find Friday post, and I have decided to alter something...I know, right? I am NOT big on altering, but I wanted to make my Mom and sister's something for Christmas that was slightly inexpensive, but completely heartfelt, so I went out on a limb!! I started with a box from the $1 bin at Michael's. I forgot to take a step two picture of this box, but I have a picture from one that I had made at the same time...so bear with me!!
