Hey everyone! It's time for the Trendsetting Spotlight! Each Thursday we feature a card made by someone who has participated in the previous week's TSG Challenge. Would you like to be in the Trendsetting Spotlight?? Join in the fun by participating in our weekly challenges posted every Monday!
This week, the trendsetting spotlight is shining on an Aussie friend, Therese Calvird!
Therese had a wonderful interpretation of Holly's inspiration challenge:
Therese created a One Layer Card using the Outlined Box Element and colors. She kept the card very clean and simple as well. And here's her card:
Here are a few tidbits about Therese:
We'll be looking out for those new cards with TSG stamps for sure!! You can find more great work by Therese at her blog, Lost In Paper!
1. How long have you been stamping and how did you get introduced to the craft?
I started making cards 6 years ago (and have been addicted for at least 5 of those). I decided to ‘teach myself’ as I just loved the idea of making a ‘personalized’ card, and was quite frustrated at what was available in the shops.
2. What is your “go to” embellishment?
It would have to be glitter & rhinestones! (What girl wouldn’t agree). These seem to appear on most of my cards in some shape or form.
3. Favorite new craft tool?
I have been very good lately (we have just moved house… so I had to be). But I am very excited about my new stamps that I just purchased from TSG which will appear on my blog in the very near future!
4. Bio: family, work, fun?
Great husband, fab pampered cat, full time shift worker (for longer than I care to say), living in a wonderful part of the world in northern New South Wales Australia where the sun shines and the beaches go forever!
