Everyone is welcome and we love to meet new people :)
Hello everyone and happy Friday! Jessica here with a fun project that is inexpensive to create. In the beginning of February I had the pleasure of hanging out with a few of our awesome Trendsetters and while we were together, we went on a shopping spree at the most amazing craft store I have ever been to! Not only did they have a vast supply of alterable objects used for home decor but they also had inspiring examples to boot!! One project that I couldn't wait to try were these beautiful photo blocks. And get this- the blocks were only 2 for $1. Now that is my kind of price lol!
All right, let's get started-
SUPPLIES:
Collage Pauge (by Aleens)
Wooden blocks from craft store
Momento dew drop ink pads
Corner Rounder
Pictures (1.75x1.75, corners rounded: four for each block)
Black furniture paint
Paint brush
Stamp sets (A-Z & 1,2,3 , Dance, In Stitches, Love)
1.75x1.75 card stock, corners rounded (two for each block)
Step 1.
Paint blocks with black furniture polish
Step 2.
Stamp names and patterns in grey
and black ink.
Step 3.
Add thin layer of Collage Pauge
to blocks.
Step 4.
Adhere cardstock (or pictures)
to block, press to smooth. Add
another coat of Collage Pauge
on top to seal. Repeat with all
sides of block.
