Stampbook Saturday: Sandra

Hi Everyone! I hope you're all having a good weekend so far!

Long before card making, I used to scrapbook these elaborate 12x12 pages. I made at least one a week. But then I discovered stamping and the lure of all things rubber and ink put a kibosh on my scrapbook making. The truth be told, I have missed scrapping our family moments and so has my family. So when I get a chance to make a page for TSG's Stampbook Saturday, I usually jump at the chance!

I chose Leigh's Halloween card as my inspiration for this layout. Isn't it a fabulous card?! I absolutely loved the layout and her paper selection!

Halloween is our family's favorite holiday! We decorate the house, inside and out, make ghost cookies and psych ourselves up for trick or treating! This year my little girl wanted to be a vampire, complete with vampire teeth and makeup. The other 'big kid' in the family couldn't let her have all the fun! ;)

To make my page, I used the ghost trick or treaters from TSG's Hauntingly Delightful set and the bats are from the new Bugs & Hisses set. For the banner, I used the new Spider Web Die. The die cut letters were created with my Quickutz and the fence was done using a Martha Stewart punch. Oh! And do you see how I made my grass?? I used Jenny's AWESOME trick to create it! If you haven't checked it out yet, I suggest you check it out now!!

Thanks so much for dropping in this morning! I hope you have a fabulous weekend!
