Hello! It's Karen here and I have a super easy, and super cute Stampbook page for you today.
What is a Stampbook Page? A stampbook page is a scrapbook page created using stamps and inspired by a card. Each week we create a new stampbook page to give you ideas on how to use your stamps in a new way and hopefully inspire you to catch up on those family photos you've been meaning to scrapbook.
I was inspired by this card that Debby designed - I switched up the sets and used a sentiment from Beautiful Day. I love the repeating squares in Debby's design, so I copied that idea in a filmstrip template for Photoshop Elements.
My boy turned 6 this past week and got his very own Legos. His big sister loves Legos as well, and isn't so keen on sharing them, so he was thrilled to have some of his very own. This page is 6x6 and the background is Choice Snow White cardstock. I layered some kraft and Real Red cardstock and wrapped some red baker's twine around the page and through the black button.
The sentment says, "Delight in the little things that are all your own". So perfect for a boy who finally has some very tiny Legos to call his own. I think my favorite photo is the one second from the left where he is trying desperately to squeeze two very stubborn blocks together. It's just his personality shining through right there.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
