Hi there everyone - it's Angela here with Stampbook Saturday!!! I'm so excited to be doing my first post on the TSG blog.
What is a Stampbook Page? A stampbook page is a scrapbook page created using stamps and inspired by a card. Each week we create a new stampbook page to give you ideas on how to use your stamps in a new way and hopefully inspire you to catch up on those family photos you've been meaning to scrapbook.
I made this card last month for the ATC challenge (you had to make an ATC) and I ultimately ended up making a card with my ATC. As I was thinking about what I wanted to do for Stampbook Saturday, I thought about what my fave cards I've made with TSG stamps was and this card came to mind.
As you can see, I've used the same DP, same stamp set (Bee Happy) and relatively the same layout but I've changed up a few things. I've added the circle image section which is where my stamping is focussed on this stampbook page. The image was watercolored with my Tombow Markers and Diamond Stickles was added to the wings of the bee. My fave sentiment from the Bee Happy set is... you've got it... Bee Happy!!! So I used some sparkly black chipboard letters to spell out Bee Happy.
You may be wondering why I have no picture on my stampbook page... and to be honest, I know exactly what picture of my husband and myself that I wanted to use but for the life of me I couldn't find it. But the hunt is on for it now.
I hope you've enjoyed my Stampbook page and make sure you check back tomorrow for the Week in Review.
