Stampbook Saturday- Jessica

Ahhhh... the weekend is here my friends! I am hoping that it goes nice and slow so that I will actually have a chance to enjoy it :) It seems like it has been a very long time since I've made a Stampbook Page and I noticed as I was going through pictures that I have some catching up to do!

What is a Stampbook Page? A Stampbook Page is a scrapbook page created using stamps and inspired by a card. Each week I create a new Stampbook Page to give you ideas on how to use your stamps in a new way and hopefully inspire you to catch up on those family photos that you've been meaning to scrapbook ;)

This week I made a Stampbook Page that is inspired by this beautiful card made by my girl Jodi with the Fairy Good Day stamp set. I love this card because of it's pretty bright colors and fun layout!

I had this picture I took of Kylie after she finally lost her first tooth. I can't believe how grown up my little girl looks! I swear she's 6 going on 13 lol! For my Stampbook Page, I kept the same colors that Jodi used on her card and also used her layout. I love how she did her corner ribbon treatment so I added a couple of those to my page as well :) The images were all colored in with a blender pen and SU inks. It's hard to see in this picture but I added sparkle to the teeth, mushrooms, and wings on the fairy. After all, you can't have a fairy image without sparkle right???
I hope you enjoyed today's layout and are inspired to start a Stampbook of your very own :)
