ABC Friday: Pencil Toppers

Happy Friday everyone!
Sandra here and I'm back again with and EASY PEESY Anything But A Card idea today!

Want a quick an easy gift you can make for your kid's next school treat bag? How about some awesome There She Goes Pencil Toppers?! And the best part is that they're wicked cheap and you can make them while sitting in front of the tv or wherever you like to color!

Here's a couple of super cute samples I made using the Fairy Good Day set.

And a couple more using the awesome Jungle Out There set.

And three more using one of my favorite sets - Bombdiggity!

All you have to do to make these is to stamp your image, color it up, cut it out then adhere a little doohickey (no, not that doohickey!) onto the back and thread your pencil through! The doohickey is just made from a 2"x1/2" strip of cardstock, with holes punched at either end and folded, or scored, then adhered to the back of the image. Here's a visual on the doohickey:-

This way, if the kids want to take your beautifully colored image off and use it for something else, they can! Oh, and if you want to know if these will be a hit with your kids....just ask them! My 7 year old has already put an order in for some more fairy ones! lol

I hope this has inspired you to make some pencil toppers for your next gift idea!
Thanks for stopping by today!
