Stampbook Saturday

Debby here again for Stampbook Saturday. I had to take a deep breath when I came to do this project as I don't really scrapbook. OK I used to scrapbook a little when I first started paper crafting but soon gave it up for the more immediate joys of card making! Now if I was going to scrapbook again I'd definitely chose a Cathy Zielske kind of graphic CAS style maybe even digital. So I tried my hardest to channel a bit of Cathy as I made this layout.

We visited Corfu at Easter in an attempt to catch a bit of early sunshine. Torrential rain and snow rather put paid to that idea LOL! Yep those hills in the picture were snow capped one morning! Fortunately we still had a lovely time exploring the beautiful island. On coming back to the villa one evening the moon was as bright as sunlight and bathed the sea and the Algerian coastline opposite in a wonderful washed out sepia light.

Well that's the end of my trendsetter week. Here's a quick recap:

Monday - challenge 180 - dress up your colouring

Wednesday trends - panels

Friday - Anything but a card - animal badges

Saturday - today - Stampbook Saturday

Until next time :) Have a fabulous weekend.
